Looking like a great night in September for our local hall at Brigsteer - fancy a walk ?

This fab show is coming up soon so make sure it’s in your diary. Also an Early Bird sale for discounted tickets runs from today to Tuesday 8 September.
You can turn up on the night but the Hall events team are all volunteers and early & pre booking really helps them with the logistics, thank you.

Work in Progress by The Levens Webteam to help develop and redesign the Levens Community Website.

The Parish Council have now moved over to their own independent website to meet government standards on accessibility and allow updates to be done direct by their clerk.

They are open to sensible suggestions on the website as it moves forward with the help of its original designer Tom and fingers crossed for the New Village Hall to then be involved as pictured here 🤞🤞

URGENT - Help Required for our TUESDAY CLUB

Please could anyone volunteer to learn how to set up and use the Village Hall sound system for use by speakers at the Tuesday Club on the second Tuesday afternoon in the month? We have several members who are hard of hearing.

Hugh Connor has been doing it but is leaving the village so we need a volunteer(s) to replace him.

Hugh can show you what to do. You do not need any technical knowledge. I understand that it is straightforward and just involves getting it out and setting it up before 2pm and putting it away at the end (about 3.30pm). It is not needed in August and November.

There is no requirement to be a member of the Tuesday Club but you would be welcome to have tea and cake with us when the system is put away.

Your Village Hall is supporting Levens Art Trail on Saturday 27th June by selling hot drinks, cakes and more between 11am and 2pm. If you can spare an hour on the day with serving and/or you could donate a cake or scones, please comment below. ❤️🙏🏽🤩
