Fife Employability and Training consortium We are a group of seven charities who work together to help Fife residents to gain qualifications and to enter into work.

Support is provided to overcome barriers that can be stopping people to sustain in work. Fife Employability and Training Consortium (Fife-ETC) is a consortium of eight Fife-based third sector providers whose aim is to deliver a co-ordinated Fife-wide employability service to disadvantaged individuals. Fife-ETC’s service is predominantly to unemployed people who experience multiple barriers to empl

oyment. Specifically targeting, those who are long-term unemployed (of any age group); and people residing in the most deprived areas in Fife.
