Louise Andrée - Roaming Magician and Illusionist ✨

Get ready to be amazed as the incredible Louise Andrée joins us at this year's River Park Carnival as our Roaming Magician!

An award winning magician and illusionist, Louise has appeared on television and stages around the world, including the West End productions Impossible and Wonderville. Throughout the day, she'll be roaming the carnival, bringing jaw dropping close up magic, interactive tricks, and unforgettable moments to visitors of all ages.

Keep your eyes peeled - you never know where Louise might appear next!

Summer Solstice Evening Nature Walk ☀️

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a relaxing evening walk through the park! 🌿

Join us for a special Summer Solstice nature walk with gentle activities along the way as we explore seasonal wildlife, nature, and midsummer traditions.

We’ll be gathering at River Park in Methil, on the grass beside Poplar Road and Kirkland Walk, from 7pm until 10pm on Saturday 30th May.

Bring your blankets, camping chairs and wrap up warm for a cosy community movie night with family and friends!

There’ll also be delicious pizza, cakes and coffee from Bruno’s Top Nosh.

🎬🌿 Outdoor Community Cinema – This Weekend at River Park! 🌿🎬

We’re excited to welcome everyone along for a magical evening under the stars at our Outdoor Community Cinema this Saturday!

📍 River Park, Poplar Road & Kirkland Walk, Methil, Fife
📅 Saturday 30th May
🕖 7pm – 10pm

We now have over 120 places booked! If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite so we can offer your place to someone else in the community.

✨ What’s happening:
🎥 7:30pm – Short film celebrating local history & heritage
🍿 8:00–8:30pm – The Lion King begins
🍔 Food vendors and sweet treats available on site

🪑 What to bring:
• A chair or blanket to sit on
• Warm clothing and a cosy blanket for later in the evening

ℹ️ Good to know:
• Suitable for all ages
• Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Toilet facilities available on site
• Food and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase
• Please take your rubbish home and help keep the park tidy
