“I’ve been reflecting on my time at Reach Out and how much I have enjoyed being something that feels genuinely worthwhile. Having been a volunteer myself, I think I have an even greater appreciation for the time, commitment and kindness our volunteers give.
What I love most is knowing that what we do can make a real difference to someone who might otherwise feel lonely or isolated. I have met so many lovely people and feel part of the team. I’m really grateful to be doing something that has a a purpose and makes a difference” 💙

Caroline arranged on her day off to pop over to see Susan with some lovely fish and chips! Susan was thrilled, they both enjoyed a lovely lunch together while putting the world to rights 💙

Seeing and hearing what our volunteers do is just amazing and we thank you for everything you are doing to help people in Hertfordshire feel more confident. 💙

Last week we met with Hertfordshire Health Walks, it was great to hear all the different walks they do. They cover all Hertfordshire and have different grades of walks.

We will be joining the walks and we will be encouraging our clients and volunteers to join the walks. Please check out their page 🚶🚶🏻‍♀️
