MS fatigue is one of the most common and challenging symptoms people with MS experience, and it's also one of the hardest to explain to others.

We sat down with Helen Cole, an occupational therapist, Ruth Stross RGN Director of Services and Health Professional Lead at MS Trust, and Rebecca McGuire, Associate Professor in Psychology and person living with MS.

This conversation had a great mix of clinical expertise, practical ideas, and personal perspective.

You won't want to miss out! Head to the link to listen now.
