🌍 World Environment Day 🌍

At Think for the Future, making a lasting difference means thinking beyond today, including the choices we make to protect the world around us.

World Environment Day is a valuable reminder of the role we all play in creating a more sustainable future. Through our work with schools, we remain committed to supporting young people to make informed, responsible choices and understand the impact they can have on their communities and the wider world.

Together, we can lead by example, act with care and help nurture a greener, more resilient future for the next generation.

πŸ“This month, we’re shining a spotlight on our Inclusion Centre Provision.

🟣 What is a TFTF Inclusion Centre? 🟣

Our Inclusion Centre Management Provision is our highest-level support model, providing schools with a fully managed, integrated Inclusion Centre designed to support students with the greatest level of need.

The provision helps prevent permanent exclusions and reduce the need for external AP placements, while supporting high-quality learning outcomes, positive character development and meaningful re-engagement for students who may be struggling in mainstream school.

πŸŽ“ Our objective is simple: to ensure every student receives a successful educational experience that leads to stronger outcomes, all through a fully managed service that saves schools valuable time, resource and cost.

We’re proud to receive feedback like this from Baysgarth School, reflecting on the impact our mentor is making as a valued part of the school team. Building strong relationships, going above and beyond, and being a consistent presence for young people is what this work is all about.🟣

At Think for the Future, trusted relationships sit at the heart of our work, helping young people feel heard, understood and supported to move forward in a positive way.l.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are recognising the importance of the support, relationships and safe spaces that help young people feel understood and able to move forward positively. 🟣

At Think for the Future, we see every day how powerful it can be when a young person has the right support around them. Through trusted relationships, consistent mentoring and tailored interventions, we work alongside schools to help young people build confidence, resilience and a stronger sense of self.

Mental health awareness is not just about recognising challenges. It is also about creating the conditions for young people to feel heard, supported and able to thrive.

πŸŽ“βœ¨ Good luck to everyone starting their GCSEs this week βœ¨πŸŽ“

Remember, these exams are just one part of your journey. What matters most is the mindset you bring β€” resilience, self-belief and the determination to keep going, even when things feel challenging.

Take each day as it comes, be kind to yourself and keep moving forward 🌟

From all of us at Think for the Future, we’re rooting for you every step of the way 🟣

Wondering what it means to our team when they leave a positive and lasting impression on the life of a young person?

Dan sums it up perfectly 🫢

πŸ‘ This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Lucy and some fantastic feedback we received from Paget High School about the difference she is making for their students and wider school community.

"Lucy has made brilliant relationships with the students and is very self sufficient. Her feedback about students is invaluable."

Keep up the amazing work, Lucy!
