Weather warnings & extreme conditions (footpaths that had turned into waterfalls) meant we were forced to abandon our plans to climb Mount Scarfell... We did however manage another local hike that was quite the challenge in the rain... ☔ .. As everyone said, the mountain will still be there another day when its safer to attempt it...
