We’re looking forward to Light Up Leigh this coming Friday!

🌲🎅The countdown is on! 🎁🎄

Light Up Leigh is fast approaching, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our wonderful community.

Expect festive fun, glowing lights, and plenty of activities for the whole family!

We have a magical programme of activities and festive fun in Leigh-on-Sea

🎅4:30pm – Santa’s Grotto opens at Leigh Community Centre with the Leigh Lions — don’t miss your chance to say hello to Santa!

For the full list of activities please see the flyer. If you missed out on a space for the children’s events, don’t worry — there’s still plenty happening throughout the day, including: Face painting Fantastic entertainment Mulled wine for the grown-ups & mince pies for everyone!

☕🍷The Ironworks Café serving up delicious food and drinks.

And of course, all our wonderful local shops along The Broadway, Leigh Road & Rectory Grove are getting involved too with lots to offer including discounts, complimentary drinks and nibbles (for participating shops) — perfect for a bit of Christmas shopping or sampling some delicious festive treats from our local restaurants, cafés, and shops, there will also be choirs and music so make sure you don’t miss all that the streets of Leigh has to offer!
