Leigh on Sea Lions Club (CIO) is a community service charity, & part of Lions Clubs International
Our charity shop is at 1719 London Road, SS9 2SW & we meet twice a month (2nd and 4th Wednesday) at 7:30pm at The Estuary Club, 1386 London Road, SS9 2UJ We run a successful charity shop fully staffed by volunteers, & organise fun events, bringing the community together whilst raising funds. The Lions

motto is “We Serve” and since formation in 1991, we have donated over £730,000, & given thousands of hours serving our community. Join us at our regular club meetings, held the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm, The Estuary Club, 1386 London Road, Leigh on Sea, SS9 2UJ.

Look out for Leigh Lions in Old Leigh this weekend. We’ll be down around 12pm - 2pm both days selling Duck Race tickets.

We’re proud to support the Liam Taylor Legacy Charity! Today, alongside David Burton-Sampson MP a keen & active supporter of this fantastic charity, we presented Leigh-on-Sea Fire Station with a Bleed Control Kit.
After an unimaginable tragedy in which her grandson Liam was attacked and killed, Julie Taylor set up the charity in his memory, determined to place bleed control kits across Essex and beyond.

Duck Race tickets (£1 each) can be requested via Messenger or bought at our charity shop (1719 London Rd). We will post whenever we are going to the Old Town to sell on the run up to event day, 21st June.
