MAKE YOUR MARK! ✨🎭

We’re thrilled to announce our brand-new Blast Youth Theatre project: Make Your Mark!

Thanks to a new grant from Arts Council England, alongside ongoing funding from BBC Children in Need, we’re excited to deliver another year of Blast Youth Theatre in Southend and Basildon.

And this year, we’re delighted to be working with local playwright Kate Austen once again! ✍️

Kate will collaborate with our young people and wider creative team to develop and write a brand-new piece of theatre, inspired by the ideas, experiences, and voices of the young people taking part.

The project will culminate in a very special opportunity for our young people to perform their new work in a professional theatre, bringing their creativity and stories to life on stage.

We can’t wait to see what they create and how they MAKE THEIR MARK! ✨
