Ydych chi'n artist neu'n weithiwr creadigol sy'n byw ac yn gweithio yng Nghymru? Hoffech ddefnyddio eich creadigrwydd i helpu ysgolion a dysgwyr archwilio hanes, diwylliant ac amrywiaeth Cymru?

Mae Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru yn chwilio am Bartneriaid Dysgu Creadigol i gefnogi ysgolion ar raglen Cynefin: Cymru ddiwylliannol ac ethnig amrywiol.

Byddwch yn:

- Cydweithio ag athrawon i gynllunio ymholiadau creadigol.
- Defnyddio'r celfyddydau i archwilio amrywiaeth ddiwylliannol ac ethnig.
- Grymuso llais a dewis disgyblion.
- Cyfrannu at newid mewn ysgolion a chymunedau.
- Cydweithio â rhwydwaith o weithwyr creadigol ledled Cymru.

• Hyfforddiant deuddydd â thâl.
• Contract o 10 diwrnod gwaith fesul ysgol.
• Cyfradd ddyddiol o £300.

Are you an artist or creative professional living and working in Wales? Could you use your creativity to help schools and learners explore the history, culture and diversity of Wales?

The Arts Council of Wales is seeking Creative Learning Partners to work with schools as part of Cynefin: culturally and ethnically diverse Wales.

You will:

- Collaborate with teachers to plan creative learning enquiries.
- Use the arts to explore cultural and ethnic diversity.
- Empower learner voice and decision-making.
- Contribute to change in schools and communities.
- Join a network of creative professionals across Wales.

• Paid two-day training.
• A contract for 10 working days per school.
• A competitive daily rate of £300.

Application deadline: 5pm, 12 October 2026

We are particularly keen to hear from creative professionals from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds.

Very exciting news from our friends at Dance City!

Rendez-Vous dance Awarded Dance City & The Gillian Dickinson Trust Residency Commission.

We are delighted to announce that Rendez-Vous Dance has been awarded the £17,500 Dance City and The Gillian Dickinson Trust Residency Commission to develop a new dance production early next year.

Ulfah: The Performance of Warmth will be a new full-length work by Rendez-Vous Dance Artistic Director Mathieu Geffré for five dancers, exploring masculinity, intimacy and the radical potential of tenderness between men.

Mathieu will also work on a second commission in collaboration with the students our CAT (Centre for Advanced Training) programme, The Square, and will receive free rehearsal space, producing, dramaturgical, marketing and technical support. The finished work will be performed at Dance City early next year and will also go on tour across England.

Mathieu said: “Receiving the Gillian Dickinson Commission is a tremendous honour for Rendez-Vous Dance, and we’re deeply grateful for the trust and investment it represents.

“The commission provides an important opportunity to develop a significant new work while continuing to contribute to the vibrant dance ecology of the North East and beyond. It will also enable us to continue supporting artists and creative practitioners through opportunities to train, collaborate and develop their practice, strengthening pathways for talent within the region.”
