Single-handed cards

Single-handed cards Having had a stroke in 2009, my cards are made one-handed, with profit for the Stroke Assoc and ARNI

My stroke, in July 2009, has left me with right-sided weaknesses, and no fine motor use of my right hand, hence 'Single-handed cards'! In the beginning I found it difficult to sit and do nothing, after working as a full-time Reception teacher and mum, and found that whilst I couldn't be physically active, I could be creatively active, and have found ways to do most things single-handed, except tie

bows, both on shoe laces and on ribbons! All profit from the sale of my cards (and other paper goods such as photo frames and memory books) goes to support the Stroke Association (as they aided my initial recovery and speech therapy), and ARNI (who are a small charity who found me a stroke trained physio). I find it greatly satisfying and rewarding to see the happiness and pleasure my cards bring to other people, so thank you for looking at, and buying, my cards.
