The countdown is on! In just 4 weeks, we'll be opening the doors to our FREE Community Cancer Health & Wellbeing Event, bringing together support, information and wellbeing all under one roof.

Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of interactive wellbeing sessions, including:

🎵 Movement to Music
🪑 Seated Pilates
💄 Boots No7 Make-up Demonstration
🥁 Relaxation to Drums
🧘 Mindfulness

You can also join a range of expert talks, including:

💚 Fatigue

Plus, you'll be able to:

🎉 We have some exciting news! 🎉

We are absolutely delighted to share that our Macmillan Information & Support Centre has been nominated for an Outstanding Contribution Award. 💚

To be recognised in this way is a real honour and reflects the dedication, compassion and hard work of our incredible team, volunteers, and everyone who supports the work we do.

Every day, we have the privilege of supporting people affected by cancer, and this nomination reminds us just how important that support is. Most importantly, we'd like to thank our patients, families and community for trusting us to be part of your journey.

Whatever the outcome, we are incredibly proud to have been nominated and to continue making a difference together.

💚 We're delighted to welcome the Roving Health Unit to our Community Cancer Health & Wellbeing Event! 💚

The Roving Health Unit will be parked outside the venue throughout the day, offering a range of free health checks and support, including:

💉 Vaccinations
🩺 Blood pressure checks
💬 Health advice and guidance

We're delighted to welcome Indy from Our Apnapan to our Community Cancer Health & Wellbeing Event this September.

Indy will be leading a mindfulness session, giving you the opportunity to pause, relax and learn simple techniques to help manage stress, improve wellbeing and find a moment of calm.
