Boys2Men: Friday Night Faith & Fun (Ages 11–15) is an energetic, activity-led programme designed to help boys grow into responsible young men through practical Islamic learning, brotherhood, and supervised fun during the Christmas period, so they’re not simply at home while others are absorbed in seasonal distractions.

Across two Friday nights, boys will build confidence in the mandatory foundations of Taharah and Salah, learn what it means to carry themselves with futuwwah (Islamic chivalry), good character, discipline, respect, and service, and begin preparing spiritually for the approach of Ramadan.

Dates & Time: Fri 19 Dec 2025 and Fri 26 Dec 2025, 17:30–20:30
Venue: City Retreat Leicester (City Centre)
Fee: £7 per child per Friday
Booking: All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

Keep your child active, engaged, and learning over the Christmas holidays with City Retreat’s activity-led Winter Programme for Primary children (Age 6–11).

Across the last two weekends of December 2025, children will enjoy story-circles (Qisas, indoor games, quizzes, crafts and calligraphy, team badge challenges, and a special Jerusalem Discovery Day, learning about Jerusalem, Jesus, & Islam’s history. Also children will learn about Jesus exhibition introducing children to da’wah learning in an age-appropriate way.

✨️Learn the Qur’an – Sisters Beginners Class

A gentle, welcoming class for sisters who are new to Islam or newly practising, who wish to start their journey with the Book of Allah with confidence and support. In a calm and friendly environment, we will:

Learn basic tajwīd – how to pronounce the Arabic letters correctly and recite the Qur’an slowly and beautifully

Memorise short sūrahs (ḥifẓ) step by step, with regular revision and encouragement

Build Qur’anic vocabulary, so you begin to understand the words you recite in your ṣalāh and daily life

Have time for questions and gentle guidance, so you never feel shy or left behind

No previous knowledge is required – just bring your intention to learn and your love for the Qur’an.
