Spaces still available for our ADHD Thrive Workshops (Year 9+)!

If your young person has an ADHD diagnosis and is going into Year 9 or above, there are still places available on:
📅 Thursday 13 August
📅 Tuesday 18 August
🕒 3.00pm to 4.00pm

Our ADHD Thrive Workshops help young people better understand their ADHD, build confidence and self-belief, connect with others who have similar experiences, and learn practical tools that can help in everyday life, all within a safe and supportive environment.

📍 The Grove Community Hub, Braunstone, LE3 1QZ

These workshops are delivered in two parts, so young people should attend both sessions.
