Join our Steady Steps programme, designed to help adults stay active, independent, and reduce their risk of falls.

Who is this programme for?
βοΈ Adults aged 65 and over
βοΈ People who feel unsteady on their feet
βοΈ Anyone who has recently experienced a fall
Programme Details

24-week programme
π 1.5-hour sessions each week, providing plenty of time for both exercise and discussion in a supportive group setting.
Whether you're looking to stay active, regain confidence after a fall, or simply improve your mobility, Steady Steps can help you take positive steps towards a healthier future.
