Maple 🍁 is available for adoption.

Maple was a stray around 2 years old, she was discarded by her previous owners left to fend for herself on the street.

Where she was impregnated and gave birth, she ended in our care. Despite having been discarded Maple is a really loving girly, you can’t get her to stand still as she just wanted to be loved on and have a lap to curl up on.

She’s not had a single application, maybe it’s because she’s an adult cat or maybe it’s because she’s a tabby but none the less she deserves love too and she’s waited long enough 😞

We’re confident that there’s a home out there for Maple 🍁 one where she can be given fuss, love and treaties!

Located in Leicestershire, but can be adopted across the UK.

Happy ending Midnight(Now Angus)🥳

This little Mr we didn't even have to post,

But he's absolutely loving life. He's around two years old and is a pretty big kitty 6KG!

He wants nothing more than attention all the time so he can be loved on and fussed on.

Dandy, Aster, Daffy and Thistle are available for adoption! 🐾

Dandy:
Dandy is very affectionate and playful, loves fuss and play.

Aster:
Aster is a quiet girl unless is food time, then she’ll meow enthusiastically! Loves fuss and playtime.

Daffy:
Daffy Is a very confident and playful little girl always eager to play.

Thistle:
Thistle absolutely loves playing with her siblings and people, can be picked up and fussed but can be a little shy.

Individual adoptions will be considered on a case by case basis. Pairs are given priority 🐾

Anubis update ❤️‍🩹

Little Anubis seen the vet, as we mentioned he would.

He had been lethargic, lost 170G which is significant for 1.9KG kitten it's quite a big % of their weight to just slide off. He was off his food, and we wasn't taking any chances.

We took him to the vet, he cried the entire way there. They checked his temperature, it was within a normal range, checked the site and as expected it was fine as we already knew but we appreciate the vet taking a look to confirm. He was also constipated they could feel a lot of firm p**p.


So they gave him a 48hr pain relief, just incase he was having some inflammation/reaction post operation due to the procedure. We've started him on prebiotics as well to help.

As always we greatly appreciate any form of contribution to help keep the rescue running and get cats like Anubis to the vet to get the care they need as and when it's needed.

It really never stops does it 😭

Anubis was neutered Friday, his wound has looked fine since; but he's lost 170G he's lethargic.

He's not coming running for treats, he's largely sticking to his chair.

Being down in the dumps is sometimes expected, so we were keeping tabs on him and communicating with the vet.

His back end indicates he might be a bit "backed up" 💩

He also feels like he has a temperature, we would often take temperature in house but we don't want to make him even more uncomfortable than he already is.

So he's going to the vet today. Being seen at 16:15

Honestly the banks on its last legs as it is after everything. My credit card has never seen such heights 😭

But of course he's going to the vet and we'll get him whatever he needs. We know his post won't get traction like others, he's not a ragdoll, he's not fluffy, he's not ginger he's a black cat but we love and care for him all the same, and we'll do our utmost best to make sure he's okay.

It’s going to a referral internally to their dental vet, for view of x-rays.

We’ve requested a quote to be provided, this will be drawn up sometime this week by said vet/dental nurse assistant.

This bill also includes two other consults which were just for chips, you’re welcome to contribute to them as well if you like but we’re sharing Snows invoice as promised.

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated 🐾

Very admin heavy day today.

We're focusing our efforts on becoming an official charity, this will give people even more reassurance that the funds are being used for the sake of the kitties, it will also give us a charity number and access to gift aid.

It's a slow process, but we wanted to just provide a little peek behind the scenes 🤫

She's had her pain meds. We'll get you seen again tomorrow and try our best to figure out what the actual problem is. 🙏🏻
