AHA Monthly ADHD Support Evening
A relaxed, welcoming monthly support group.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, waiting for an assessment, have lived with ADHD for years, suspect you may have ADHD, or simply want to better understand and support someone in your life with ADHD, you're very welcome.
Each month we'll explore a different ADHD-related topic through open discussion, shared experiences and practical strategies that you can take away and use in everyday life.
There's no pressure to speak or share your experiences. You can take part as much or as little as feels comfortable. Sometimes just being in a room with people who understand can make all the difference.
# # # What to expect
* β Tea and coffee available
* π€ A friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental environment
* π¬ A different ADHD topic each month
* π‘ Practical tips, strategies and shared experiences
* πΏ Time to connect with others who understand ADHD
Please note that this is a **peer support group**, not therapy or a clinical service. While we can't provide medical advice, we can offer understanding, encouragement and a supportive community.
**Come exactly as you are.**
Whether you arrive feeling chatty, overwhelmed, anxious, excited or simply curious, you'll be welcomed without judgement. You don't have to navigate ADHD alone.
