Matt's Meet Up Matt's Meet Up is a mental health awareness group for men that gives guys the chance to talk about what's on their mind, in a non-judgemental environment.

Matt’s Meet Up is aimed at guys who are going through any kind of mental health issues, which they feel they can’t tell anyone about. We give guys a place they can come to talk about things they wouldn’t feel comfortable telling a friend or family member, as well as support others in similar situations. Mental health is something we should be talking about and we believe doing just that will make

a big difference. First meet up will be at the Walter Charles Centre, Oadby LE2 5QF from 7.30pm on Tuesday 16th January 2018. It's completely free, so if you're a guy aged over 18 and fancy a chat, come along!
