📰 We'd love your feedback!

As we plan future editions of the Braunstone Alert, we'd like to hear from residents in the LE3 1 area.

📍 Which streets or community hubs do you think should receive copies of the Braunstone Alert?

We're always looking at ways to help more people stay connected with local news, activities, opportunities and support. Your suggestions will help us understand where there is demand for the Alert.

💬 Let us know your ideas in the comments.

Please note that we're gathering feedback for future planning purposes only. Suggesting a street or venue doesn't guarantee that copies will be delivered there in future, as distribution depends on a range of factors, including volunteer capacity and available copies.

Thank you for helping us shape the future of the Braunstone Alert and reach more local residents. 💚

Things nobody puts on their shopping list... 📝

Most of us remember the bread, the milk and the tea bags.

But what about the things that are a little harder to ask for?
💚 A bit of support
💚 A new connection
💚 A little honesty with ourselves

Life isn't always straightforward, and sometimes the things we need most are the things we rarely talk about.

If you could add one thing to your list right now, what would it be?

🎨📚 Men's Den Creative Challenge: Learn Something New! 🛠️💡

As part of our Creative Wellbeing Month at Men's Den, this week's challenge is all about trying a new skill.

Learning doesn't have to mean taking a course or becoming an expert. Sometimes it's simply having a go at something you've never tried before.

Why not challenge yourself to:

📺 Watch a how-to video and learn a new technique
🪢 Learn how to tie a useful knot
🍳 Try a new recipe
🔧 Use a tool you've never used before
✂️ Learn a simple craft

The aim is to step outside your comfort zone, spark your curiosity, and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from learning something new. Every new skill starts with giving it a go. 💚

💬 We'd love to hear how you get on. Let us know in the comments what you've learned this week and, if possible, share a photo of your finished creation or new skill in action.

Looking for inspiration and support? Join us at Men's Den:
