Itara is a professional limbo dancer, performer and workshop leader with over a decade of experience entertaining audiences across the UK and internationally 🌍

Get ready for a fun, energetic and interactive workshop exploring limbo, rhythm and movement, with Caribbean-inspired dance moves and plenty of opportunities to get involved and have a go yourself! 💃🏽✨

Expect vibrant music, movement and culture, a welcoming beginner-friendly environment, and lots of space to explore and enjoy dance 🙌

We are thrilled to be expanding the work we do in retirement, residential and care settings across the East Midlands!

Our sessions are designed with the needs of residents in mind, combining music, movement, creativity and conversation to support residents physical wellbeing, confidence, social connection and enjoyment 🎶.

We offer flexible delivery options including:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly

We are so excited to be launching our Moving Together Juniors programme in both Leicester and Corby from September 2026!🌟

MTG Juniors is for children in years 3 - 6 who are interested in developing their dance skills, meeting new friends, taking part in performances and of course having fun!🤩

We have worked hard to keep the programme affordable at £150 for the entire year, including costume, t-shirt and a trip to see a professional show 🎭.

👉 MTG Juniors Leicestershire will be held on Wednesdays at De Montfort University Leicester (DMU)

👉 MTG Juniors Northamptonshire will be held on Tuesdays at The Core At Corby Cube

✨What an unforgettable day at Curve! ✨

Today, our incredible group of 15 students took to the stage and moved the entire audience to tears with their powerful performance of The Climb. Through Dance, Drama and British Sign Language, they shared a message straight from their hearts:

“Look at what we CAN do, not what we can’t.”

One of the most emotional moments came when they broke through a banner reading “You can’t do that” and the audience erupted into cheers. Soon, the whole theatre was signing along with them.💪🏼

Our amazing Bronze and Silver Award students kept the celebration going, getting everyone clapping along with their brilliant disco moves.🪩🕺🏼

Michelle summed it up perfectly:
“I am always proud of our students, but today they were phenomenal and made me cry with pride.”

💛 What a day. What a team.
