We aim to promote inclusive programmes that allow people from different backgrounds and cultures, and with different abilities and experiences, to come together and express themselves through dance. Our two main strands are;

- Art's Award Programmes that give young people the opportunity to participate in a programme suited to them, while gaining a nationally recognised qualification
- Over 55's workshops which provide a creative and reminiscent experience for mature movers, stimulating both the mind and the body

Our Youth and Secondary programmes aren’t just about working towards the big show day- they’re about developing creativity and confidence, whilst working towards a Trinity College Arts Award qualification.✨

Calling all Leicestershire & Northamptonshire Primary Schools!

We’re so excited to be opening up places for our School Collective, a programme about bringing creative dance experiences into school life in a meaningful, inclusive way - with support for teachers, performance opportunities for pupils and Arts Award qualifications.

Each school’s journey includes:
✨ 20 weeks of dance troupe sessions led by a Moving Together practitioner, or in-school support sessions for schools leading their troupes internally
✨ CPD day for 2 staff members
✨ Discover Dance in a Day workshop
✨ End-of-year theatre performance
✨ Arts Award Discover qualifications for pupils

Packages start from £1000, with options to suit your school’s capacity and goals.

Itara is a professional limbo dancer, performer and workshop leader with over a decade of experience entertaining audiences across the UK and internationally 🌍

Get ready for a fun, energetic and interactive workshop exploring limbo, rhythm and movement, with Caribbean-inspired dance moves and plenty of opportunities to get involved and have a go yourself! 💃🏽✨

Expect vibrant music, movement and culture, a welcoming beginner-friendly environment, and lots of space to explore and enjoy dance 🙌

Our sessions are designed with the needs of residents in mind, combining music, movement, creativity and conversation to support residents physical wellbeing, confidence, social connection and enjoyment 🎶.

We offer flexible delivery options including:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly
