Today is the day.

Doors open this morning at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, and 200+ ERG leaders walk in ready to do something that matters.

Today's agenda is a working one, built around the real challenges ERG leaders are facing right now. The governance gaps. The sponsorship conversations that haven't landed yet. The question of how to measure impact when the budget doesn't stretch. The political headwinds. The burnout that comes when expectation consistently outpaces support.

These are not easy conversations. But they're the right ones.

We’re proud to share that Ajay Mistry ACMA will be co‑hosting the iCAN & Howlett Brown ERG Blueprint Conference 2026, alongside Charlene Brown, as both co‑creator and sponsor of this year’s event.

Together, Ajay and Charlene have shaped ERG Blueprint 2026 with a clear and ambitious purpose: to move ERGs beyond inspiration and intention, and toward real strategic influence. ERG Blueprint is almost here. Here's what you need to know.

Arrive early: breakfast is included, and the connections you make before the first session are often the most valuable of the day. The programme runs through to post-conference networking drinks in the evening, so give yourself the full day if you can.

Time and again, we see the same pattern.

Extraordinary commitment. Real capability. Genuine impact. Alongside isolation, under-resourcing, and a lack of the frameworks needed to take things further.

ERG Blueprint was built specifically to address that gap by people who have worked alongside ERG leaders across industries and understand both the opportunity and the complexity of driving inclusion from within.
