Today is one VERY special lady’s birthday🤩 Jenny (aka the best mum I could ever wish for)❤️

It takes a special person to be selfless and volunteer their time to help others, and she does that every single day to support Women Who Can. She continues to inspire our community and put smiles on so many faces.

Since women Who can has begun you’ve pushed yourself out of your comfort zone, gained confidence, resilience and have learned new skills. You’re everything that Women Who Can stands for and much more. We couldn’t be prouder of you🥰

Who knew that doing gives you PERFECT opportunity to release any tension (in the form of a scream🤭😂)

Thank you so much to the team at for teaching us karate for the first time on Friday! It was genuinely so much fun! And even better - we left with a greater confidence in our abilities to keep ourselves safe☺️

We would definitely recommend that everyone tries it at least once & WWC girlies, we’ll be booking another session so watch this space👀🤩

Learning how to play basketball wasn’t on the cards for 2026, but when volunteers to lead a Women Who Can basketball session, how could we resist🤭

We are super fortunate to be supported by lots of amazing organisations and yesterday we were really grateful to be supported by Mo from the WBR Group!

Thank you so so much Mo - in less than 1 hour you’ve helped us to feel more confident & connected AND you’ve given us a newfound appreciation for all things basketball🏀

We were invited to the this week to watch and we only went and met the main man himself 🤭

This show is such a good reminder that when you’re resilient and work hard, you can make things happen🤩

We 1000% recommend you watch it!

We’re really proud of this one! After months of work behind the scenes, we now have our very own online hub for new and existing Women Who Can community members. A space where you can sign up to events, check in with us if you’re not feeling your best and even send a direct invitation to another woman so they can join our community.

There’s so much that we can say, so we’ll have to create a follow up post 🤭

But until then, here’s what May has in store!

What happens when Women Who Can & come together?🤭 A Sunday afternoon full of pampering, learning and community💕

In today’s busy world, it can be really hard to find the time, money or resources to take time out for ourselves. That’s why this afternoon was so lovey☺️ We improved our physical and mental wellbeing by doing our own facials and learning all about skin care.

Thank you so much Jo for donating your time today to help us feel relaxed and ready to take on the week ahead😍💆‍♀️
