A HUGE THANK YOU TO TEAM MENPHYS!
What an incredible morning we had yesterday at Run Leicester Festival 2026! ❤️
It was amazing to see so many red Menphys t-shirts out on the course, with our fantastic runners taking on the 10K and Half Marathon in support of Menphys!
We were also incredibly honoured to have a very special member of Team Menphys joining us, The Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire, Mike Kapur OBE! We were absolutely thrilled to have him running alongside our team and supporting Menphys.
To every single one of our runners, whether you were chasing a personal best, taking on your first 10K or Half Marathon, or simply determined to cross that finish line, we are SO proud of you!
We know how much time, training and determination goes into preparing for a challenge like this, and we can't thank you enough for choosing to support Menphys.
Every mile you ran, every pound you raised and every bit of support you showed is helping us make a real difference to disabled children, young people and their families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
It was about so much more than crossing the finish line. By choosing to run for Menphys, you've helped us continue creating opportunities, bringing families together and making special memories that will last a lifetime.
A huge thank you also to our wonderful volunteers and everyone who came along to cheer on Team Menphys. The encouragement, smiles and support throughout the morning made it even more special!
