The Charnwood Pond Yacht Association aims to promote the civilised pursuit of Pond Yachting, along with associated activities such as the partaking of picnics and the drinking of Ginger beer. AIMS:

al vessels will be acceptable to the Committee, but it should be noted that anything in the 'wizzy-wizzy plastic style' will be frowned upon most severely. LADIES:
Following a recent vote by the Committee, Ladies are not only allowed to join the Association, they are positively encouraged to do so, and to take an active role therein. PICNICS:
Picnics are considered a central feature of Pond Yacht Society. No respectable member would consider attending a Regatta without a well supplied hamper. (the phrase "impressive lunchbox" was removed following complaints). MEMBERSHIP:
All enquiries for membership should be addressed in person to the Committee.
