Rahma Mercy Rahma (Mercy) is a UK registered charity. In addition to this we also run seasonal projects; distributing food on the occasions of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Adha.

Rahma (Mercy) was founded in the year 1999 in response to the plight of the refugees whom were fleeing from the war in Kosovo. We have since grown, from our humble beginning as a group of 13 volunteers setting out for a journey via road in an Aid Convoy, to becoming a UK registered Charity and and an NGO in Kosovo and Albania. We are currently providing aid and support to 5 different countries in

the Balkans; Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia. We work with international partners whom are based in South Africa, Australia and Singapore, alongside collaboration with national partners based here in the UK.With the support of our generous donors we have been able to complete many successful projects in areas such as; Housing, Water Sanitation, Food Aid, Education, Community Re-development, Orphan Sponsorship and Mosque Construction.

No act of sadaqah has ever made a believer poor.

Allah ﷻ promises:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills.” — Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261

One seed. Seven hundred grains returned.

Give with an open hand and trust that Al-Razzaq will never leave you empty. That is tawakkul. 💛

In the aftermath of the 2023 Turkey earthquake, hundreds of families faced unimaginable loss and hardship. Thanks to your generosity, Rahma Mercy continues to support 200 orphaned children through a monthly income, helping to provide stability, care, and hope for the future.

Recently, our CEO visited the children and their widowed mothers, spending time with them and distributing sweets and clothing. These moments of joy are only possible because of the kindness and compassion of our donors.

Your continued support is making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families as they rebuild after tragedy. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with these children and helping them feel seen, supported, and loved.
