Today we presented a cheque amounting to £8000 raised to our nominated charity of last financial year the “Midland Langar Seva Society” charity. The charity provides hot meals to the vulnerable and homeless within Leicester.
The cheque was presented by the trustees and Lord Mayor of Leicester, Councillor Kulwinder Singh Johal.

🙏 Shree Satyanarayan Bhagwan Samu Katha – Sunday 23rd August 🙏

Shree Prajapati Association Leicester warmly invites all our Samaj members, families and friends to join us for a very special day of Bhakti, Seva and togetherness.

🪔 Satyanarayan Bhagwan Samu Katha & Katha Pujan
⏰ 8:30am – 3:00pm
🍽️ Bhojan Prasadi will be served after the Katha.

💃 Then from 3:30pm – it’s time for Raas Garba!
We’ll have Bhajan Kirtan and a special Raas Garba demo featuring our Navratri headline band, BASS 707!

Traditional dress is optional, but if you fancy getting into the Navratri spirit early, bring out the Chaniya Choli and join in! 💃🕺

❤️ During the Katha we will also be making a special cheque presentation to Midland Langar Seva Society, recognising and supporting the wonderful seva they provide.
