Only six weeks to the climb!
Any support gratefully received. Please sponsor her with a small donation to give her a boost ready for the climb. This is a big personal goal for Goldy and it's wonderful that she has offered to support our charity in this way. Goldy knows the types of projects we have done over the years and the amount of people that need help in rural communities in Tanzania. Thanks, Goldy.

Please support Goldy on her climb for Tumaini Jipya-New Hope. It will be greatly appreciated. It's a challenge for her personally and she also wanted to help with the projects we carry out in Tanzania, having been a trustee for a number of years. Thank you.

Our latest project completed. A school hostel in Mahenge area of Tanzania. Children were being lost to crocodiles and snakes, or swept away in fast flowing rivers and floods during the rainy season. Parents were desperate for them to go to school but feared for their safety. Now the children can stay at school during term time, kept safe and access their education.

Please read the letter from Dodoma hospital below.

As we know the vast number of people in Tanzania, especially the rural Masai areas, are unemployed and are in survival mode all the time wondering where the next meal will come from, how they pay for hospital treatment for their sick child, mother, etc., how they can pay any rent. The message below (translated) has been sent out from a main hospital in Dodoma, the business capital, about sudden deaths. If you are able to, please support our charity that offers health programmes to communities, water and sanitation and education projects to help keep communities safer, healthier and educated to try to assist these people. It isn't right that people should die from stress, depression etc and often very early. A lot are in their 30s and 40s, and younger, leaving families with no finances or assets to help. I have also heard of cases of youngsters committing su***de due to stigma around HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases. Helping people help themselves out of poverty is essential. Please help if you can. Thank you.

MIREMBE HOSPITAL DODOMA!!!

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.

Hello friends: Institute of Consultancy Medicine at Mirembe Dodoma Hospital says: -
The rate at which people die suddenly is alarming. Most of us know that we go through a period of frustration, confusion, fear, depression, depression, etc.
All these factors increase the risk of high blood pressure, which also causes heart failure or stroke, and of course causes sudden death, which is now common.
Please, avoid getting angry easily with your children, your friends, your colleagues, your bosses, your assistants, lovers, husbands and wives.
Avoid answering harshly. Detach yourself from distractions. Avoid overthinking.
When you don't have money or food in the house, stay calm and organize.
If you sometimes don't attend the wedding because of a gift you can't give, other events. do not borrow to buy gifts.
Don't lend money to help people. Help when you can and don't be dumb to please others. They will always find something to live for, even without you.
Avoid exchanging words with people at home, in the market, in the office, etc.
Always check your blood pressure. Take your medicine. Follow the instructions and practice regularly.
Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any changes in your body, especially in the chest area.
Live in peace.
Never fight with anyone.
Do not worry about anything, but always PRAY.
Your health is more valuable than anything in the world.
Beware of transferred aggression.
Stay alive for yourself.
Stay alive for your family.
Stay alive for your glorious tomorrow.
Stay alive for me, maybe you will help me tomorrow.

We only have one chance to live.
Don't die before your time.
This phase will end.
Everything will be fine...
God bless us all!
This message is important. Please, share it on all platforms and to all your friends, you never know who will be saved by it.
Let us love each other while we are alive and healthy.
Amen
