Expect a welcoming, supportive vibe, bodyweight exercises, and resistance band workouts designed to help you get stronger and feel great.

No experience needed and all equipment will be provided; just bring yourself and let’s get fitter and stronger together.

✨🛻 Introducing Little Grovers at ! ✨🛻

Perfect for little ones under 5 and their parents or carers, enjoy a friendly, safe space for your child to play whilst you connect with other parents.

Our first week will feature the much loved bouncy castle and soft play.
No prior booking required, just turn up on the day and pay!

📆 When: Mondays, 9.30am - 11am
💷 Cost: £2.50 per session, drinks and biscuits inclusive.
