Babyloss is so misunderstood, so invisible, so hidden, happens in so many different ways to so many; miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, fertility issues, abortion for medical reasons, abortion for so many reasons, none of which negate loss, so many of us living with trauma and pain and loss, so little talked about, because it’s deeply personal and private and because so many responses retriggering the pain and the silence and the aloneness that no one understands, what our bodies and hearts have gone through and what a day post loss can look like with so many reminders in it that are never noticed or known from the outside, but they are there every day within … if you want a safe space a space that understands that sees you that cares for you and what you have been through and go through daily, reach out get support, here at jakin and other babyloss support groups… you are not alone - there are so many who have and are going through this… you are not alone ..

It’s exhausting carrying the experience, the memories, the intense feelings, pretending to be ok, blocking things out to cope or get through the day .. at jakin you will be heard, cared for unconditionally, given time to explain, cry, vent… it’s hard carrying grief when no one else truly gets it ..
