Transport is provided with pick-up points along a set route:
Start is Whetstone (Warwick Rd)
Blaby (Texeco Petrol Station, Lutterworth Rd)
St Thomas's Church (South Wigston)
The Exchange (Eyres Monsell)
Points on Saffron Lane.

Pick up will be finalised when we speak to you about the needs of the young person.

Join the Peer Action Collective (PAC) as a Changemaker and work alongside other young people to turn ideas into action. Build new skills, meet new people and help shape positive change in your community—no previous experience needed, just a willingness to get involved.

Aniqa Rashid stood up at our fundraiser at Leicestershire Golf Club yesterday and said something we won't forget in a hurry.

Aniqa is a PAC project lead — someone who came through the programme Young Leicestershire delivers with support from VRN, and who has since taken on a leadership role within it. She spoke about the doors the experience has opened:

"Through the PAC project I've met incredible people, been given opportunities I never expected, and even found myself reconsidering the career path I thought I was set on. What's stayed with me most is how complete the experience has felt — transport sorted, food always there, staff who are genuinely kind and invested in building our skills, every resource provided without us having to ask twice."

"It's not just extra-curricular. It's mentorship, exposure, and belief in young people at a stage when that support can completely change direction."

She gave a particular thank you to our CEO Alison Jolley and to Levi Knight for all the work they've put in to make the project possible and keep things running smoothly.
