ATTENBOROUGH ARTS CENTRE CRAFT & ART FAIR ✨🛍

Meet the Maker 👋

Su France is a Lincolnshire-based printmaker whose work celebrates nature’s quiet details through sustainable techniques.

Inspired by woodland discoveries and cycles of decay, she creates intricate prints using botanical materials and earth pigments. Her muted, textured work embraces kintsugi’s philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection.

You’ll find Su’s prints beautiful, calming and very lovely to live with. Meet Su at our winter Craft & Art Fair here at AAC on Saturday 31 October, 11am-4pm…

Calling all University of Leicester Students! 📣

You’ve heard of speed dating, well get ready for...

✨ Speed Friending ✨

An event tailor-made for meeting new people and making new friendships 👍

Find communities you feel connected to and develop relationships that will be part of your university experience – or at least enjoy a good night out in a safe space.

So how does it work?

During the event you will sit in pairs at tables in our Salmon Gallery, a friendly and art-filled space, and you will be given icebreakers to start the conversation ranging from standard questions (“what are you studying at UoL?”) to randomised prompts (“Design a terrible amusement park ride”). After 5 minutes, one of the pair will rotate to a new table and the round will begin again. Afterwards there will be time for general chatting.

Try something new, meet someone new, and learn more about yourself all in one evening.
