**New Event**
Soul Space is a more informal and meditative session once a month that provides a quiet, reflective space for those of faith or no faith to just come and be as they are.

Each month it will explore a different theme, with guest speakers and musicians. We will use music, silence, poetry, scripture, art, light and the natural world to inspire our reflections.

In October we are joined by Arek Malecki, from the Great Meeting House, for a special event focused on Polish cultural traditions. There will be meditation, readings and music - supported by Kashi.

All welcome, with refreshments and chat afterwards, as well as a film for children in another room during the session.

The big screen returns to Western Park a week on Friday (16th October). Pop down after school finishes for the day with lots of things for the kids to do. There will be a film screening but the Playscheme games will be out as well (e.g. tables tennis, snooker, air hockey etc), dance mats, boardgames, Lego and things for smaller kids. Refreshments provided and donations will go to charity. All welcome.
3pm - 5:30pm. Popcorn and other snacks provided. Not a drop off but one parent/guardian can cover larger group of kids. £3 donations for charity.

Congratulations to all our newly promoted students!

Despite car breakdowns, first-ever gradings and a few unexpected visitors looking for the police safety meeting (!), everyone remained composed under pressure and performed with resilience and confidence.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the Playscheme during the summer at St Anne's. There were over 50 adults who contributed, from running sessions to helping with paperwork. Will hopefully return next August. More content for all ages before then, so check out the hall and church pages for updates.
