12 years......time goes by so quickly. The 12 years have been full of learning, sharing and meeting some amazing people hidden in the community. It has been inspiring working and collaborating with like-minded organisations over the years. We look forward to the future of Confident Communities and continuing to provide services for and with the community.

Our Neurodiversity peer-support sessions are open to adults with one or more Neurodiverse conditions and for adults who support anyone with a Neurodiverse condition. You can sign up to the sessions through the Joy app. We also have creative mindfulness sessions available to along with one-to-one support. All available through the joy app.
