💪 Sisters Fitness
In collaboration with HHH – Happy Healthy Hijaby

Join us for our female-only fitness sessions at Oadby Community Hub, Masjid Adam — a supportive, mum-friendly and baby-friendly space for sisters to build confidence, improve fitness, lose weight and feel stronger together.

Sessions will include a mix of Box Fit, HIIT, kickboxing-inspired fitness and general conditioning, led by an instructor with 10+ years of fitness training.

A beautiful opportunity to move with purpose, grow in strength and build sisterhood in a welcoming community environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support grassroots girls' sport right here in our community. With sessions led by a qualified female coach and delivered in a secluded women-only environment, girls can build confidence, fitness, discipline, and friendships in a comfortable and supportive setting.

Whether your daughter is completely new to boxing or simply looking to try something different, we'd love to welcome her along.
