The Pavilion Pantry is having a Cheese & Wine Tasting Evening!

📅 Saturday 10th October 2026
🕖 7:00pm
📍 Houghton Pavilion

This event is being hosted by one of our wonderful volunteers, Isabel. She’ll be sharing her knowledge for you to enjoy an evening of expertly paired wines and delicious cheeses.

🎟 £25 per person
⚠️ Tickets are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Proceeds will be shared equally between The Pavilion Pantry and The Houghton Fields Association, helping to support two fantastic local community organisations.

The Pavilion Pantry community cafe is open this week, Wednesday 29th July 2026, 9:30am - 12pm at the Houghton Pavilion.

We’ve had to postpone the chair yoga / meditation session but hope to confirm a new date in the future.

Check out our fabulous homemade bakes, which this week are belgian biscuit cake and coffee & walnut cake, along with our summer menu including ice-cream 🍦

We’ll be open Wednesday 8th July 2026 between 9:30am - 12pm at The Pavilion, Weir Lane, Houghton on the Hill LE7 9GR (what three words ///pies.martini.replayed).

We’ll also have a member of the Breaking The Cycle team attending for people to find out more on their services and the support they offer.

If you prefer to sit outside, we’ll have outdoor seating or we can offer takeaway drinks and bakes available.
