SAHA is inviting you to an informative event, open to everyone in our community.

Date: Friday 31st October 11am to 1pm

Location: Shree Limbachia Hall, Claremont Street, LE4 7QH

EVENT DETAILS: This is a Community Cancer Connectors event and we will have guest speakers including Dr Olubukola Ayodele and Mala.

Dr Ayodele is a Consultant Medical Oncologist Breast Cancer Researcher. She will be sharing professional advice as well as lived experience.

Mala will also be sharing her lived experience and will be answering any questions you may have.

We will also have another guest speaker Hasina, who will be sharing her lived experience and answering questions.

It is really important we share this information and raise awareness within our communities as figures of those veing diagnosed continue to rise.

Please attend and bring family or a friend.

Part of this event is to recruit Cancer Connectors within our community.

This event is being held by SAHA, East Midlands Cancer Alliance and NHS.

This event will also be raising awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

SAHA and Wesley Hall are hosting a public event on Friday 27th June between 10.30am and 12.30pm

The event is to discuss the myths and taboos surrounding Cancer. These events are part of a 10 event program in which we will recruit Community Cancer Connectors who can help to support their communities and anyone facing the Cancer Journey.
