Hindu Defence Council UK UK Chapter was set up as a part of a wider initiative to provide a focal point in defence of the rights Hindus in the UK

Dr Subramanian Swamy has been a lone voice in taking up human rights issues in India. The banning of their talk at Oxford University is a case of Hindu rights not being respected in the UK. I have accordingly set up a Face Book group with the name Hindu Defence Council UK as a first step. It would be a mistake to adopt the Judeo-Christian defined term Human Rights which would define the discourse on their terms. I would certainly like your observations.

Robert Pape with Mearshiemer has no love for Israel. Israel has already decided that it would not be constrained by America's desire for a quiet life. Any threat by America to cut its economic life line to Israel would not wash. It should not be forgotten that the real beneficiary of it is America's defence industry. Israel helps to develop and then buy American defence equipment.

This war is existential for Israel. The only off ramp acceptible to Israel is for regime change or Iranian capability so degraded that it is incapable of conducting attacks on Israel.

Oil price rise and the consequent inflation is an inconvience for America in its democracy. It is nothing like America losing its global power to the Chinese, America and Iranian axis. America risks enslavement and impoverishment.

America has all the tools to ride out the present crises only if it maintains its resolve.

It should begin by imposing a blockage on Iranian exports while providing support to the Iranians wanting to depose the regime.

There should be no need for America to maintain the moral high ground. To do so would be to lose the fight. History has shown that dictators of China, Rusia and Iran are not so constrained.

What happens will be painful for Europe and America's gulf allies. The sacrifces are worth making to acieve long term goals.
