We are a Star Wars costuming group which specialises in custom Mandalorian costumes. We visit several events every year, and are steadilly growing in size. If you would like to know more about building your own Mandalorian armour - ask us how, here or at one of our regular events!

Today, we stand together on World Mental Health Day — not just as Mandalorians, but as a clan, and as aliit (Mando'a for family).

No one should walk this path alone, Mandalorian or not. Whether you’re trooping in armour or just finding the strength to get through the day, remember: you are not alone.

Take a moment to check in with your vode, lend an ear, or share a smile. Sometimes, the smallest act of kindness can mean everything. Mandalorians are stronger together.

🎉❤️ £23,526 RAISED! ❤️🎉

THE INVASION COLCHESTER 2026 GRAND TOTAL IS IN!

And what an absolutely INCREDIBLE result!

After bringing together all the fundraising from this year's event and the many activities held throughout the year, we're delighted to announce that Invasion Colchester 2026 has raised a phenomenal…

💷🎉 £23,526! 🎉💷

That's TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX POUNDS raised for charity!

This fantastic total includes everything raised during Invasion Colchester itself, along with the incredible fundraising efforts of individuals, businesses and organisations throughout the year.

It also includes our work with the Maldon Grinch, raising money directly for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust at Christmas. ❤️

And none of it would have been possible without an extraordinary number of people coming together.

❤️ THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers, crew and costumers who gave their time, energy and enthusiasm.

❤️ THANK YOU to the special guests, performers, artists, exhibitors, vehicle owners, groups and societies who helped make Invasion such a fantastic day.

❤️ THANK YOU to the businesses, venues, sponsors and supporters who donated, fundraised, provided prizes and got behind the event.

❤️ THANK YOU to everyone who organised fundraising activities throughout the year, from quizzes and raffles to special events and individual challenges.

And most importantly…

❤️ THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO DONATED!

Whether you dropped a few coins into a collection bucket, bought a prize draw ticket, supported a fundraiser or made a generous donation, you helped make this possible.

Our fundraising supports St Helena Hospice, Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity and Mind (Mid & North East Essex).

Invasion Colchester has always been about bringing people together, celebrating the things we love and having an amazing day in our city.

But behind all the costumes, characters, cars and entertainment is something much more important.

Making a difference. Together.

🎉 £23,526. WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT! 🎉

From all of us at Invasion Colchester…

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! ❤️

Cheque presentations coming soon!!
