Chevaliers go to ! It's always a great show, and this year didn't disappoint. Thankfully the (in)famously variable May Day weather held out (at least during the day) and we had a great time portraying a medieval May Day festival.
We had lots of stuff going on, with cord-making, sewing a gambeson, paint-making, drawing and calligraphy being done within the group alongside bronzeworking, stone carving, and coin making from friends in other groups.
Finally, we did some maypole dancing, tug of war, and archery contests - don't ask the secretary how she did in that last one...
