Benin City, Edo State — NewBec Empowerment Foundation continues to strengthen its organisational structure and commitment to community development through its General Administrative Meeting, held on the first day of every month at the Foundation’s Secretariat.
The monthly meeting provides an important platform for management, staff, and volunteers to review ongoing activities, assess previous programmes, address administrative matters, and develop strategies for improving the Foundation’s operations and community impact.
Key areas discussed during the meetings include programme planning, staff responsibilities, accountability, upcoming projects, community engagement, volunteer coordination, and strategies for delivering effective services to vulnerable and underserved communities.
The Foundation recognises that effective administration, teamwork, transparency, and accountability are essential to achieving sustainable impact. The monthly administrative meetings therefore serve as an important mechanism for ensuring that all departments and team members remain aligned with the Foundation’s mission and objectives.
NewBec Empowerment Foundation remains committed to giving back to the community and improving lives through education, healthcare, youth and women empowerment, poverty alleviation, emergency relief, and community development initiatives.
