Hey everybody, meet Oscar the E12!!

Recently, Kinchbus took delivery of a fleet of new Yutongs E12s - of which Oscar, registered YB75 OSC, was numerically the first. These buses join a batch of E9s which also arrived with the operator in Loughborough recently, to be used on the university's Sprint service.

Congratulations to Kinchbus for their progress in electrifying and decarbonising the fleet!

John the Drögmöller is one of a kind: an E330 Comet built in 1984, he has been owned by G. H. Watts Coaches since 2002. The unique coach was originally registered B484 MLN and features theatre-style seating.

Hello Harmony! 👋🏻

A while ago, we promised Elton at Roberts Travel Group that we would welcome his new coach, the successor to Shiny Sharon the Tourismo, into the gang if he brought her to one of our events - which he did! Unfortunately, the Dennis 'n' Friends crew couldn't be there on the day to say hello, but we wanted to say a belated thank you for visiting.

I'm not one to break a promise - sorry it's taken such a long time to make this post, though! We hope to see Elton and Harmony at more events in the future 😄

Everyone, show some love for Dominic the D9!

Currently living at the back of LTHT's Stoneygate Tram Depot, Dom loves being in the limelight during our open days and greeting visitors with a smile. Although he's unable to move under his own power, he still enjoys being our base's star attraction.

Bring on our next Tram Depot open day - we've missed you, Dom!!

This is Trendy Wendy. She's the youngest bus in the Trust's collection, entering service in 1998 - that's 48 years later than Tony the Titan!

You probably haven't met Wendy, as she's rather reclusive and hasn't attended rallies for the best part of a decade. We're hoping that will change soon, though!

Without further ado, meet Reece the Renown! 🥳

Reece is Leicester Transport Heritage Trust's most recent vehicle acquisition - aged 60 (that's 180 in bus years!) and turning 61 years old this August, this bus has had his fair share of adventures. He loves nothing more than joining his friends at rallies and going out on trips.
