One Law for All: Reforming a Broken Family Justice System
Parental alienation is a global epidemic where the primary winners are not families, but a booming multi-billion-pound litigation industry that financially feeds on prolonged courtroom conflict.

While adversarial systems and legal battles drain parental resources, the children are left vulnerable, navigating deep emotional trauma without the stable guidance of both parents.
Government data and independent prison studies confirm a stark risk factor: children raised with an absent parent are statistically far more vulnerable to behavioral exclusion, exploitation, and entering the criminal justice system later in life.

We must unite as a country to dismantle a broken legal structure that actively generates profit from family breakdown at the direct expense of our children's future and public safety.

The Equity Justice Peace party will establish a default legal presumption of 50/50 shared custody upon separation to stop the litigation war, remove financial warfare, and protect our communities— hit follow to join the global movement for world equity, justice, and peace.

WANT TO TURN YOUR CHILD INTO A FUTURE STATISTIC? KICK THE OTHER PARENT OUT OF THEIR LIFE
Family court corruption doesn't just happen in a vacuum; it actively thrives on parental warfare.

The system makes millions because parents choose pride over the basic welfare of their own children.

If you want to maximize the chances of your child facing a broken future, keep fighting to erase the other parent.

The bitter reality is that destroying the co-parenting bond is the fastest way to derail a young life.

National government statistics paint a devastatingly clear picture of what happens to single-parent fractures.

Children deliberately cut off from a mother or father are statistically far more vulnerable to societal pressures.

Data confirms that individuals from fractured homes are vastly overrepresented in the youth justice system.

When you remove a protective, active parent, you strip away the structural guidance that keeps a child safe.

Look around your community, learn from the painful mistakes of others, and stop treating children as weapons.

The court lawyers and state machinery get rich off your conflict, while your child pays the permanent price.

True parental love requires stepping back from the urge to control, punish, or financially exploit the situation.

We must transition our entire social mindset away from toxic legal battles and toward mandatory parental education.

A healthy, prosperous country cannot be built on state-subsidized family breakdown and manufactured trauma.

Equity Justice Peace platform demands absolute transparency, administrative accountability, and an end to adversarial family law.

We must protect the next generation by locking both willing parents into the child's life from day one.

Are we going to keep lining the pockets of a broken court system, or will we finally put our egos aside to give our children the stable, two-parent future they deserve? Share your experiences below—let's bring logic back to our families.

THE DESTRUCTIVE ILLUSION OF "ZERO SUBSISTENCE": HOW CHEAP SLOGANS MANUFACTURE CRIME AND TAXPAYER RUIN
Political populism loves a simple, aggressive soundbite: “Cut all asylum benefits entirely.”

It sounds fiscally responsible on paper, but in reality, it is an absolute economic trap for the British taxpayer.

If human beings are permitted into our society but stripped of all survival funds while legally forbidden from working, how do they eat?

Without standard subsistence, total destitution leaves people with only one primitive options for survival: crime.

Pushing thousands into absolute starvation will instantly fuel an unmanageable wave of street-level theft and survival-driven offenses.

The British Retail Consortium reveals that retail crime and theft already drain a staggering £2.2 billion from our high streets every year.

Shoplifting and low-level crimes are not victimless; they cause acute trauma, business closures, and immense strain on our police forces.

Once the state machinery is forced to intervene, the actual cost of processing these crimes completely dwarfs the cost of basic survival benefits.

Ministry of Justice data confirms that maintaining just a single prison place in England and Wales now costs taxpayers over £59,000 annually.

Think of the math: we would spend tens of thousands on courtrooms, prison cells, and NHS victim support to avoid paying a fraction of that in basic support.

Punitive, short-sighted policies do not solve the migration crisis; they simply shift the financial burden from welfare onto our collapsing justice system.

It is an irrational, circular economy where the working-class taxpayer is forced to pay a premium for the chaos manufactured by bad policy.

True leadership means refusing to sacrifice public safety and economic stability on the altar of a cheap, emotional political headline.

We want a highly organized, secure, and logical society where state funds are managed strictly to prevent chaos and protect our citizens.

Equity Justice Peace party stands for a balanced, transparent system governed by reason, order, and accountability.

Should the state focus on reactive, multi-billion-pound court and prison bills, or should we demand a streamlined system that prioritizes public safety and stops manufacturing street-level crises? Share your thoughts below on how we fix this broken national logic.

A Vision for Family Restoration

Deliberately alienating a child from a loving parent is a silent crisis that can profoundly impact a young life, often fracturing a child's stability and sense of security.

While the current system frequently defaults to adversarial division and financial incentives, no amount of state benefits can replace the lifelong happiness stolen from a child who loses an active parent.

Equity Justice Peace political movement rejects punitive measures that would only further destabilize the home; instead, we propose comprehensive educational mandates to show parents the severe, long-term detrimental impact that exclusion has on a child's future.
National statistics show that children who grow up with both parents actively involved are far more resilient, achieve higher professional success, and are dramatically less likely to enter the criminal justice system.

Equity Justice Peace wants to foster a healthy, supportive society where the default legal position ensures both parents remain pillars in their child's life to guarantee lifelong happiness.

Our platform stands for One law for all—meaning the state must stop subsidizing family breakdown and start prioritizing the structural integrity of the next generation.

How can we shift our family support systems away from conflict and toward education that keeps both parents actively involved in a child’s life? Let’s hear your thoughts below—let’s rebuild our society together.

WHY DO STATE OFFICIALS AND JUDGES GET A BLANK CHEQUE TO BE RECKLESS? IT’S TIME FOR ONE LAW FOR ALL.

If a working-class professional is lazy or recklessly negligent at their job, they get fired. If a small business owner makes a careless mistake, they get sued and face financial ruin. The rules are clear for ordinary people: you are accountable for your actions.

So why is it that when a state official or a powerful judge acts with reckless indifference, they are shielded by a wall of absolute immunity?

Across this country, millions of ordinary, hardworking people are facing a system where Jobcentre staff can covertly alter agreements to trap people into penalties, and where the legal system can casually brush aside black-and-white digital evidence because it’s "too much trouble" to read.

When the system tells a Litigant in Person that their case was "badly presented", despite holding unassailable data and solid facts, it is using lazy legal shorthand to protect the state from accountability. They know you cannot easily challenge them, so they close the door to clear their desks.

This is a two-tier system of justice. The elite are granted immunity to be negligent, while the working class are penalized for simply trying to survive.

Equity Justice Peace political movement stands for a fundamental constitutional shift: One law for all. >

No state official should be allowed to hide behind a public office to harass citizens, and no judge should possess absolute immunity from the consequences of reckless negligence. True justice means everyone, from a frontline clerk to a high court judge, is held to the exact same standard of law and decency.

Have you ever felt like the rules apply strictly to you, but the people running the system are completely untouchable? How do we build a society where public servants are actually held accountable to the public? Drop your experiences below—let’s rebuild this system from the ground up.

THE IPHONE TEST: THE RAW HUMAN TRUTH BEHIND UNFAIR FAMILY SEPARATION

Imagine a simple test. Take 10 everyday people who use their mobile phones every single day. If a stranger suddenly walked up and tried to forcefully rip that phone out of their hands, how would they react?

Basic human psychology tells us the answers. Some people would shout, some would protest, and some would fight back with everything they have to stop the thief. Every single person would try to protect their property. If someone fights back fiercely to protect what is theirs, the person taking it cannot turn around and claim they were "brutally resisted." That would be ridiculous. The more valuable the item is to you, the more explosive your natural human reaction will be.

Now, let’s look at how our broken family court system treats parents.

When local authorities or a hostile legal process steps in to separate a loving parent from their child, it is a biological certainty that the parent will experience pure heartbreak and distress. Yet, the system routinely uses this completely natural, deeply distressed human reaction as "evidence" to label a parent as unstable, aggressive, or unsafe.

Children are the life, soul, and very blood of their parents. Expecting a mother or a father to sit quietly and stay completely passive while their child is administratively taken away is entirely unnatural.

This forced separation completely fractures our communities and creates a massive, double-sided money trap for the British taxpayer:

The Immediate Crisis: The intense trauma of sudden family separation instantly pulls local police, ambulance crews, frontline NHS staff, and local courts into a family crisis—costing millions in emergency public money.

The Long-Term Damage: The child is left to carry a deep emotional scar. The long-term facts are devastating: official records show that a staggering 70% of young people in youth custody come from broken backgrounds where a parent was absent.

The state spends a fortune of your hard-earned taxpayer money twice—once when they tear the family apart, and a second time when a traumatized child grows up and struggles within the justice system.

The Equity Justice Peace Party chooses common-sense prevention over a broken system. To protect our children, save public funds, and stop these heartbreaks before they happen, we will implement a total legal shield under our core rule: "One Law for All."

Our rule is simple: Children of separated parents shall live with both parents on a 50/50 basis by default. This will be an automatic legal right, requiring zero expensive court battles or legal fees. No more lawyer traps, no more administrative arrogance, and no more empty chairs at the kitchen table.

A happy, stable family means a happy, stable society and a nation that thrives.

💬 Let’s have a real, open discussion about this: Do you believe that 50/50 shared parenting should be the automatic legal default for separated families to completely stop these costly, heartbreaking court battles? THE ASYLUM SYSTEM IS A FINANCIAL TRAP: WHY ARE TAXPAYERS FUNDING THE FAILURE?

The government has just announced a new plan under its latest asylum laws: refugees who are allowed to stay in the UK will now be ordered to pay back around £10,000 to cover the costs of their accommodation.

But let’s look at the common-sense reality that the politicians are completely ignoring. Where exactly are these refugees supposed to get £10,000 from? They arrived on our shores empty-handed, squeezed into tiny, dangerous boats. They cannot print money by magic.

The state says they will have to pay it back like a student loan once they are allowed to settle and work. But forcing people who started with absolutely nothing into a mountain of debt is pure political rhetoric. Experts are already warning that this scheme will do nothing to fix our national budget. Instead, it will just create a massive, expensive new government department to chase down debts that can never be paid, creating endless red tape at the taxpayer’s expense.

The simple, unvarnished truth is that our political establishment is completely hiding the real figures from the public.

Right now, there are between 800,000 and 1.2 million undocumented people in the UK. Trying to guard all 11,000 miles of our coastline 24/7 or round up millions of people is a multi-billion-pound fantasy. Official records show that just a single enforced deportation costs taxpayers an average of £48,800—and that is completely excluding the millions spent on multi-stage court hearings, lawyers, and charter flights.

Even worse, the system is so broken that many vulnerable children who enter social care end up in the youth justice system at just 10 years old, getting trapped in a cycle of trouble and reoffending. By the time they turn 24, over half of them have a criminal record.

It is a never-ending fiscal loop. As long as global conflicts continue, people in pure survival mode will risk everything to cross the sea, and the British taxpayer will be forced to fund the endless legal bills, hotel costs, and state bureaucracy.

The Equity Justice Peace Party looks at the hard facts, not emotional slogans. The only realistic, common-sense way to stop this loop and permanently reduce irregular immigration is to stop directly or indirectly promoting the foreign wars that create refugees in the first place.

Under our core rule—"One Law for All"—the state must prioritize our own people. We will legally take those squandered millions away from foreign interventions and the endless paperwork cycles it creates. Instead, we will invest that capital directly into our domestic economy, protecting our squeezed middle class and supporting everyday households with incomes under £35,000.

True statesmanship requires looking at the balance sheet with total discipline to protect our own communities first.

💬 Let’s have a real, open discussion about this: Do you think forcing refugees into £10,000 of debt makes any practical sense, or is it just more empty political rhetoric that will cost the taxpayer more in administration? Let us know your thoughts and personal stories below so we can stand together for change. 👇

OUR SYSTEM IS BROKEN: WHY ARE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TEARING THE FAMILIES APART?

When the state steps into family life, it should come with a helping hand, not a heavy fist.

Imagine a system that willingly spends over £320,000 a year, and up to £384,000 in many cases, of your hard-earned taxpayer money just to keep a single child in a private residential care home away from their parents.

Now look at the actual, heartbreaking results. The system is so broken that many of these vulnerable children enter the youth justice system at just 10 years old. They get trapped in a cycle of getting into trouble and reoffending over and over again. By the time they turn 24, official records show that more than half of the children who enter social care end up with a criminal record.

This isn't just a failure; it is a system that costs billions of pounds, hurts our children from a tragically young age, and destroys the peace of our communities.

The Equity Justice Peace Party stands on a simple foundation: "A Happy, Stable Family, A Happy Stable Society, A Happy Stable Nation."

True governance means showing mercy, kindness, and justice to everyone, regardless of class, creed, or colour. When a family is struggling or facing a hardship, a kind and human government should teach them how to overcome those weaknesses.

We should be investing in helping parents prosper and stay together, instead of rushing to punish the public with heavy fines, sanctions, or threatening to remove children under the vague excuse of "emotional abuse."

We need systemic reform. A child belongs with their family, and families know how to look after their own best when given a fair chance. One law for all.

💬 Let’s have a real, open discussion about this: Have you, or a family you know, ever faced unfair stress, sudden threats, or emotional strain because of the actions of local authorities or social workers? Let us know your thoughts and stories below so we can stand together for change. 👇

The False Economy of the Suspicious State: How the Systematic Overreach is Destroying the British Households

Understanding local community challenges requires looking directly at the data.

When we look closely at our national resources, the balance is clearly off.

There are more people looking for stable pathways than there are open roles available.

Even under perfect conditions, hundreds of thousands would be left without a clear option.

Despite this reality, public commentary often blames individuals for broader market trends.

True solutions require building new infrastructure rather than penalizing those in need.

The Data Audit (Official ONS Data)

The official figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) provide a definitive, mathematical answer to your question.

• The Unemployed Population: There are 1.76 million unemployed individuals actively looking for work in the UK.

• The Total Available Vacancies: There are only 707,000 open job vacancies across the entire UK economy (the lowest level in five years).

• The Structural Deficit: There are 2.5 unemployed people for every single available job vacancy in the UK.

Despite this clear mathematical reality, critics continue to target those requiring temporary state support, claiming that assistance programs discourage initiative.

This rhetoric is a strategic diversion from deep structural economic failures. You cannot incentivize someone into a position that has not been created. Punishing individuals with financial penalties and aggressive surveillance does not expand the job market; it merely deepens local poverty.

The Equity Justice Peace Party rejects this hostile approach to welfare management. True economic health requires shifting away from punitive state actions and focusing entirely on a system based on the equitable distribution of the WEALTH and OPPORTUNITIES.

The illusion that visible policing solves deep social decay has compromised our public safety for far too long. You can deter anti-social behaviour by increasing the police foot-patrol but you can't prevent it from happening once the police foot patrolling move away from the targeted place for anti-social behaviour.

Police Foot patrolling is an expensive use of public limited resources, policing can't prevent crime from happening, police can only catch the culprit once the crime is committed.

Real security requires structural intervention. Crime can only be prevented by identifying the root-causes of criminal acts such as anti-social behaviour.

Official records shows that most of the anti-social behaviour is committed by fatherless children and those children who were taken away from parents by the local authorities on the pretext of emotional abuse by the parent and the so-called best interest of the child.

The state apparatus has systematically undermined the family structure. That best interest of the child turn out not only to be worst interest of the child but worst interest of the society, the nation.

The Equity Justice Peace Party refuses to accept this institutional failure. We will dismantle the state bureaucracy that separates families, replace punitive fines with community mentorship, and rebuild an economy based on equitable distribution of the WEALTH and OPPORTUNITIES.
