⚽🏃 Healthy Holidays Sport is still going strong! 🏃⚽

We're only halfway through the week and what a week it's been already! 🙌

From football and team games to plenty of running around and burning off energy, our young athletes have been keeping us on our toes and having a fantastic time.

There's still lots more fun to come, so keep those trainers handy and get ready for more action, laughter, and sporting challenges over the next few days! 💪🌟

We explored, we played, we got a little messy... and somehow nobody got lost! 😄

A huge thank you to all our Mini Explorers and their families for making this year so much fun. We've loved every adventure, big smile, and creative masterpiece along the way.

🥁🎶 Healthy Holidays Music! 🎶🥁

This week’s session was all about percussion! Our young musicians had lots of fun making their own instruments before using them to create music together. 🎵✨

It was a session full of creativity, rhythm, noise and plenty of fun!

Today our talented café team created the most delicious apple and blackberry crumble using fruit picked straight from our garden. 🍎✨

🐌🐋 This week at Mini Explorers we enjoyed the wonderful story The Snail and the Whale!

Our little explorers had lots of fun with story time, creative activities, and play inspired by the book. It was a lovely session full of imagination, learning, and smiles.

Our Gipton Shared Futures project is all about sharing - ideas, skills and places.

That's why we were really excited about the new seating area at the front of the Old Fire Station. The space was designed by Gipton Community Heartbeat Volunteers, informed by conversations they'd had with lots of people in the area. It was supposed to be a welcoming space right at the front of the building, introducing people to the space and things that happen here.

So we were really disappointed to hear that it was stolen last Thursday. It’s a distinctive type of table (pictured below), with an accessible space for people who use wheelchairs, walkers, and prams. If you were in the area between 10pm and 10:30pm on Thursday night and saw anything, please do get in touch.
