This morning we hosted Deaf Friends at The Centre and were visited by a very lovely bear!

Deaf Friends is run by the Deaf and Hearing Impairment Team (DAHIT) and brings children across Leeds who have a hearing loss together to socialise. Todays’s theme was “We’re going on a bear hunt” and the children made mud, grass, tress and rivers before coming together to read the story and have a snowball fight!

Team LSDBP did it!!

We took on the 3 Peaks!!

Despite a challenging day with the weather and other issues the Team did an amazing job whether it was one, two or three Peaks!

Our first team made it back in about 8 hours and our last arrived at about 10pm! Everyone did their best and achieved something incredible!

Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered and donated! We’ve raised nearly £4000 and there is still time to donate if you haven’t yet!
