Women Against Judicial Abuse

Women Against Judicial Abuse We are Women Against Judicial Abuse — a growing movement demanding accountability in the UK Employment Tribunal system.

21/10/2025

In this video, two medical professionals and an HR expert speak out about the harm they suffered in Judge Lancaster’s courtroom.

Different cases, same abuse of power. Their stories expose a pattern of bias and intimidation that cannot be ignored. We stand with them, and we will not stop until accountability reaches the bench itself.

Discrimination, bullying and judicial misconduct. Complaints by whistleblowers ignored. The JCIO has refused to launch an adequate investigation. Help fund our legal challenge for accountability.

We’re building something bigger than one case.

We’re building a movement to challenge a toxic system that punishes the truth and protects power.

Because if we don’t stand up to injustice now, who will be left to do it later?

“I left the tribunal shaking. Not because I lost, we still had days left in court. But because of how I was treated by the judge.”

One woman’s story, echoed by many others. Women who have come forward about Judge Lancaster describe intimidation, degrading treatment, and open hostility in the courtroom.

We were not believed.
We were not protected.
We were not alone.

Now we’re speaking up, together.
This isn’t just about one judge. It’s about a culture of impunity. And we’re done with it.

🚨 What’s wrong with the Employment Tribunal system?
Almost everything.

❌ Judges with unchecked power
❌ Complaints routinely ignored
❌ Whistleblowers punished for speaking up
❌ No real accountability, just a closed circle protecting its own

This isn’t a flaw in the system.
It is the system.

And it’s why brave women are taking action: not just for themselves, but for every person who may one day stand before a judge and hope for fairness.

The time for silence is over.
📣 Demand justice.
📣 Demand change.

In 2024, the BBC reported on multiple complaints against Employment Judge Philip Lancaster — including bullying, misogyny, and degrading behaviour.

Each woman’s story is heartbreakingly similar. Each complaint dismissed.

Now, these women are fighting back with a powerful all-women legal team and the support of Good Law Project. 💪🏽

This case could be the catalyst that finally forces change.

Judges are human. Fallible. Biased. And yet, they’re given immense power, with almost zero real oversight.

It’s time to end the myth of untouchable authority. The complaints against Judge Philip Lancaster show what happens when that power goes unchecked.

Who judges the judges?
Right now — virtually no one.
That’s why we’re speaking up.

"Speak up, and you’ll be punished."
That’s the unspoken rule of the Employment Tribunal system in the UK.

Victims of judicial abuse who dare come forward face delay tactics, smear campaigns, and systemic indifference while the powerful lawyer up and walk away unscathed.

We’re standing with the women who are challenging this broken system. And we’re demanding more than reform. We’re calling for a radical redesign.

Because this isn’t justice.
It’s institutional cruelty.

Who Judges the Judges?
The terrifying answer: almost no one.

Your entire life: your job, your livelihood, your future, can be changed forever by the decision of one judge.

A judge who may not have been properly assessed in decades.

And if you dare to question that decision?
Good luck. The system isn’t built for justice, it’s built to protect its own.

🔒 No meaningful oversight.
🛑 No accountability.
👑 Just a closed circle of power shielding itself from scrutiny.

The judicial complaints process isn't justice — it's a performance. A way to keep the public quiet while protecting those in robes from any real consequences.

Judges operate like a special class, immune to the standards that apply to every other profession.

And that’s exactly how they like it.

It’s time to end the silence.
It’s time to demand accountability.

🚨 URGENT: More than 10 women, many from ethnic minority backgrounds, have come forward with serious complaints against Employment Judge Lancaster, describing bullying, intimidation, and aggressive behaviour in his courtroom.

Every single one of us was ignored.
Every voice, dismissed.
Every complaint, swept aside.

Now, we're standing up, not just to Judge Lancaster, but to the very system that let him act with impunity: the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office. They’ve turned a blind eye. But we won’t stay silent.

It's too late for us.
But we’re doing this to protect others.

🛑 This case could change everything by finally holding judges accountable and ending the silence that protects abuse. But we can’t do it alone.

Because no one should be bullied by those meant to uphold the law

Whistleblowers Deserve Better. Full Stop.

The Employment Tribunal system is broken.

❌ It doesn’t protect whistleblowers, it punishes them.
❌ It doesn't deliver justice, it delays it until people give up.
❌ It doesn’t hold employers accountable, it shields them.

If you dare to speak the truth, the system throws you into years of stress, isolation, and legal games. You’re left fighting giants with no armor, while they drag things out and destroy your reputation.

Even if you "win"… what then? No real justice. No real change. Just a warning to others: stay silent, or this will happen to you.

This isn’t justice. It’s a weapon and it’s being used exactly as intended.

🛑 We don’t need minor fixes.
🔥 We need a radical redesign.

Because truth-tellers deserve protection, not punishment.

Ten women have come forward already. How many have yet to share their stories?

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office, JCIO, has refused to open an investigation, despite the strong, compelling evidence.

We won't be silenced, and we won't rest until we take the JCIO to court ✊

The women hope to force an investigation into Judge Philip Lancaster over alleged bullying and misogyny.
