In just one day, this brilliant team sorted through an incredible 2,200kg of stock—which is enough to provide 5,240 meals to local people in need.

Universal Credit has never been set based on the cost of essentials, like food or bills. No independent evidence. No regular review.

Just a political decision.

This is leaving millions of people with no option but to turn to a food bank.

✋ It's time we changed this.

We're calling on the UK Government to set an independent process for Universal Credit, one that looks at what life actually costs and makes sure the support people receive matches up. 💚

Thanks to their support, they contributed 35kg of essential supplies, which will provide 83 meals to individuals and families facing hardship in our local community.
