Inner East Cluster The Inner East Cluster offer a wide range of support to the children and families of the Burmantofts, Gipton, Lincoln Green and Richmond Hill neighbourhood

The Inner East Leeds Cluster multi-disciplinary team are based at Lincoln Fields Centre. We offer a wide range of support to children and families across the Richmond Hill, Burmantofts/Lincoln Green and Gipton neighbourhoods. The team take requests when additional support services are needed. We have staff with expertise around family support, behaviour, improving attendance and supporting emotion

al and developmental needs. We provide this support in a convenient location, whether this is at home, at school or in a community setting. We are able to provide a co-ordinated support package to meet the needs of children and families in our area. We organise targeted out of school activities throughout the year and a programme of summer activities for children, young people and families. We work in partnership with other teams and services to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
