Hello.....

It's going to be another quiet week ahead I think..

Orange Nutter one has gone and left East Yorkshire for a week in Cornwall...

so goodness knows the trouble I will get into... 😂... hence my new badge, I'm wearing all week... 😂 😂..

Monday we popped into Hull4Heroes hub, just because we can and annoy them 😂...

and just when they think it's safe, to go out, i pop up and give a hand on the tombola, at the Soap Box Derby, that took place at the humber bridge carpark, on saturday (us nutters love a good tombola)...
where I bumped into the lovely Jo Kent from Blossoms....

We are selling tickets for the Race Night on August 8th at burstwick golf club.... and horses....

It's been a little busier this week..

Wednesday we were at Hull4Heroes hub in princes quay, for the first of our monthly craft sessions, where we met 2 lovely lady's (who kindly gave permission for the photos, to be used on facebook) and learnt the art of quilling....

Today Sunday, we were in red for a change and helped serve tea, coffee and cake at sunk island heritage church, where a heritage day was taking place......

We are still selling tickets for the race night on saturday 8th august, at the princely sum of £15 each... where you will get a lovely buffet, cake, good company, raffle and of course horse racing on film.... with the possibility of a couple of dodgy characters acting as bookies 😂...

You can also buy a horse in the race prior to the evening or sponsor a race...

Another quick week..... we are doing a craft morning on wednesday 10 til 12, for veterans and their families, at the Hull4Heroes hub, princes quay....

It's been a planning day today, yes on a sunday, as orange nutter two is busy tomorrow cleaning for a change 😂, at sunk island heritage church, ready for their heritage day on Sunday 14th June, where orange nutter 2 is a trustee....

We have been planning and plotting the horse racing event in august at burstwick golf club.... tickets will be available by 14th June, be quick if you would like one, as there will only be 80 available....

Planning the next postbox topper... to do with their fruit n veg campaign....

We also have a sponsor form or 2, in July, we are doing "Pretty Muddy (for cancer research) and a walk with Mysterious minds" on consecutive weekends, so instead of having 2 separate forms, we will have one each and split the final total, between them both.. let's see if we can get a decent amount... either you can see either of us, paypal us, or bank transfer, we will make sure your name goes on our sponsor form... thankyou xx

Not a lot has happened this week, since we've been home, from holibobs....

only a lot of washing, ironing, cooking, shopping, cleaning and working 😂....

we are back on it tomorrow... planning and annoying people....

SORRY OUR YARD SALE, ON SATURDAY 30th May.... IS CANCELLED DUE TO ROAD WORKS AGAIN, OUTSIDE DORNE'S HOUSE.... it will be carnage, to go ahead with it.... sorry 😭😭 xx

Well, what a 10 days it's been, we both weigh more than we did, on the 13th 😂.....it must have been all the walking we completed, nearly 180,000 steps 😱😱, It couldn't have been the bakery items, ice-cream, alcohol, meals out, cocktails, chocolate, grapefruit liquor, local gin or even the crisps..... it must have been the shopping and random walking 😂....

We met some lovely people, now friends Julie Gavaghan and husband Chris, Anna-Marie from the Olia Green hotel Skopelos and all the staff....plus Helana and Chris at the leather shop, Stellios and Demitrius at the cocktail bar, the girls at Dinas ice-cream shop, plus the lovely lady in Trina Beeston favourite clothes shop and our jet 2 reps .....

It's a long journey to Skopelos Town, build into the side of a hill, mamma mia was filmed in parts, but you cannot buy any mamma mia memorabilia, we only saw 1 t-shirt with mamma mia on....

Today, Sunday had been washing, washing and washing.... 😂 xx
