Reminder:
Wednesday 19th August is Meanwood Olympics Day.
Food can be purchased at the event but you are more than welcome to bring a picnic with you.
We have combined our Women's Wellbeing group with the trip to Meanwood Olympics for this month.

Games Afternoon today at Edmund House.
Doors open at 1:30pm and games start at 2pm.

All cash taken is paid back out - so plenty of money to be won.
Bring yourself, a friend or two and your dabbers for a couple of hours fun.

A few changes for your diaries for August

Our Women's Wellbeing group with coincide with Meanwood Olympics for this month.

Games Afternoon with Larry will be on 12th.

Meanwood Olympics will be on Wednesday 19th August.
For those of you who haven't attended before, Meanwood Olympics is a fun event for all ages with games, stalls, DJ Dan and much more.
There will also be a special guest attending on that day too.
Bring your own picnic or there is food available to buy at the venue.

Meanwood Olympics is held at Woodhouse Cricket Club, Meanwood Road, Leeds, LS7 2QQ.

THIS IS AMAZING!!!

This September, Nick who is a volunteer here and the Chair of our trustees, is walking an incredible 156 MILES from Porto in Portugal to Santiago de Compostela in Spain! That's 156 miles, on foot, taking anywhere from 10 to 12 days! 😮😲

Nick is using the opportunity to raise funds for the services we offer here at RHEA too so if you would like to donate, just click the picture below. We'd be grateful if you could share this post too to get word around. Thank you and we will be keeping you updated on Nick's journey.
